FREDRICKA WHITFIELD, CNN ANCHOR: Well, play is under way at the U.S. Open in Flushing Meadows. Rain has moved on, thankfully, allowing the women's final and men's semifinals today. Although new rain from Fabian may be on the way. Andre Agassi has been on the court looking to make another final. Our Josie Burke is in New York with an update. And how's Andre looking? JOSIE BURKE, CNN SPORTS CORRESPONDENT: Well, he didn't look so good to start out, Fredricka. In fact, he dropped the first two sets. But he's fought back. He won the third, and they're still playing the fourth set right now. This looks like it could be one of those matches that we might talk about for years to come. Andre Agassi and Juan Carlos Ferrero going at it right now. But on the women's side, the match that they're definitely going to talk about for years to come is the semifinal that was played last night between Justine Henin and Jennifer Capriati. That's because this was an epic. It lasted more than three hours. It went the full three sets. It actually went to a third set tie break. And Justine Henin ended up winning, even though Capriati 10 times was within two points of victory. Instead, she suffered a heart-breaking defeat, and it sets up Justine Henin against Kim Clijsters tonight. So if you're going to watch, bring your chocolate and your waffles, because this one is an all-Belgian affair. (BEGIN VIDEO CLIP) KIM CLIJSTERS, TENNIS PLAYER: I think here, a lot of people -- you know, a lot of people don't even know where Belgium is I think here. So this is a great way to create some attention for the country and for the both of us as well. (END VIDEO CLIP) BURKE: You have to wonder exactly how much Justine Henin will actually have in the tank tonight when she gets out on the court against Clijsters. Because during last night's match, which actually went into the wee hours of the morning, she was cramping up. She went directly from the court to medical assistance to get an I.V. to try to re-hydrate and get ready. And it will be interesting, though, because these two women actually met in the finals of the French Open with Henin coming out on top. And Kim Clijsters still looking, Fredricka, for her first Grand Slam title, even though she's the number one player in the world. Back to you. WHITFIELD: Wow. An exciting match it's going to be. Josie Burke, thanks very much. TO ORDER A VIDEO OF THIS TRANSCRIPT, PLEASE CALL 800-CNN-NEWS OR USE OUR SECURE ONLINE ORDER FORM LOCATED AT www.fdch.com
